When a full meal is not convenient and a quick alternative is needed (such as before or after training, while travelling or at work), we recommend 1 serving of Performance Protein.
For larger individuals, 2 servings may need to be consumed to meet your daily protein requirement. We think it is most effective at 1 gram per kilogram of body weight.
For example, if you weigh 70 kg, consuming 140 g of protein spread throughout the day will be the most optimal approach for recovery, fat loss and physical progress. This can be achieved with 4 meals of 30g of protein and 1 meal of 20g.
It has been shown that consuming less than 20 grams of protein in a single meal has a less than optimal impact on protein synthesis in muscles. Therefore, we always recommend consuming at least 20 grams of protein per meal.
Serving instructions
