OxyShred Thermogenic Burner is a powdered supplement from the Australian brand EHPLabs. The powder contains a blend of caffeine, amino acids, plant extracts and added vitamins and minerals, and is mixed with water. Athletes usually take it before a workout, as an alternative to a traditional pre-workout supplement or a cup of coffee.
What OxyShred is best known for is its drinkability. The powder dissolves quickly and completely, has a mild flavour and leaves no thick or powdery aftertaste. Combined with the wide range of flavours available, this makes it a supplement that people actually keep using, rather than leaving half the tub unfinished.

Have you already decided which flavour you want, and do you use OxyShred almost every day? If so, the 60 servings It makes much more sense. You pay about sixteen cents less per scoop and you’ve already exceeded the threshold for free delivery.
The 33-serving tub is currently only available in Cosmic Blast. If you want to choose from all twenty flavours, you’ll need to go to the 60 servings be a pot.
The formula consists of four types of ingredients. The full list of ingredients and the nutritional information table can be found on the label of the jar and in the ‘Additional information’ tab on the product page.

Put one scoop into your shaker and top up with about 250 to 300 ml of cold water. More water makes the flavour milder, whilst less water makes it fuller-bodied.

Shaking for ten seconds is enough. The powder dissolves completely, so no residue is left at the bottom.

Most users take their shake 15 to 30 minutes before their workout. Bear in mind the caffeine if you’re exercising in the evening.

The EFSA considers 400 mg of caffeine per day to be a safe intake for adults, with a single intake of up to 200 mg. So be sure to add up your coffee, tea, energy drinks and pre-workout supplements.
